A TYPICAL COACHING SESSION

A TYPICAL COACHING SESSION

A standard coaching session begins with physical exercises to raise awareness of the body and the muscles involved in the phonatory system: basic exercises (inhalations that make the muscles engaged during inspiration and expiration perceptible).

The session then continues with vocal warm-ups to place the voice on the breath and become familiar with the different laryngeal mechanisms. It proceeds with specific exercises to explore the different parts of the anatomy, their interrelations, and the various resonance cavities within the body.

Depending on the needs, the session may also focus on presence and projection for public presentations.

All exercises are adapted to real-life situations: salary negotiations, pitching to a recruiter, simulations of common workplace scenarios, public speaking, with direct application of the learned skills.

The method to enhance oratory charisma includes:

  • Developing awareness of the impact of the voice and the eloquence achievable through:
  • targeted postural, respiratory, and vocal exercises
  • situational practice (pitch, presentation, etc.) with immediate feedback
  • recording, playback, and instant analysis of each participant’s performance for constructive feedback
  • Personalized take-home exercises for practice in real-life situations
  • Optional follow-up sessions tailored to expressed needs

Sessions can be conducted in-person or remotely. Effectiveness remains consistent in remote sessions, with the specific advantage of immediate webcam feedback: increased awareness of the image projected to interlocutors, worked on collaboratively in real time.

For those seeking fully personalized individual sessions with specific content, adaptations are made.

The recommended number of sessions for each specific need is indicated at the outset.
