Voice coaching or voice training in the workplace

Most communication is nonverbal (gestures, body language, facial expressions) and paraverbal (voice, inflections).

Everyone knows this, according to Mehrabian’s Law.

What this law does not say is that if the content of your message is bad, your audience will notice it immediately!

Conversely, if the message is good but the way it is conveyed is not, the consequences will be the same: you will not be credible…

Training courses (in-person and remote)

See the “training catalog” tab for more specific details.

I lead training sessions for companies on the following topics:

The remote voice leadership training course is specifically designed to be delivered remotely so that participants can directly apply the best practices they learn.

The training is group-based (up to six people) to raise awareness of the importance of posture and spoken voice in the workplace. Participants in these training courses receive a personalized assessment with progress evaluation and specific exercises.

All training courses can also be taken individually with personalized follow-up over a number of sessions defined together according to the objective.

I also host free conferences and webinars on the topic of voice and public speaking for larger groups.

These webinars are aimed at businesses, individuals, and communities to familiarize them with the topics of public speaking and how it is possible to go further thanks to voice/posture expertise.

If you are a regional elected representative, you can access the DIF (Individual Right to Training) program to finance your skills development. My training organization works closely with AIDIL, a recognized player in supporting elected officials, to offer training tailored to your needs. Whether through group training or individual training agreements, we build customized programs to help you strengthen your impact and your public speaking skills.

AIDIL is Qualiopi certified and approved by the French Ministry of the Interior, guaranteeing the quality and compliance of the training courses offered with the specific requirements of local elected officials.

Contribute to your disability policy and CSR commitment

As a trainer certified by the RQTH (Recognition of Disabled Worker Status), training courses can be taken into account under the OETH (Obligation to Employ Disabled Workers).

In practical terms, this means that your company can count these training courses toward its Beneficiary Units, thereby partially fulfilling its legal obligations regarding the employment of people with disabilities.

Beyond the regulatory aspect, hiring a service provider recognized as a disabled worker is fully in line with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) principles:

  • You promote inclusion within your purchasing policy,
  • You affirm your support for a more socially responsible economy,
  • And you reinforce your image as a committed and ethical company, both among your partners and your employees.
