Covid crisis has shown big corporations from GAFM and BATX massively invest in voice biometrics and in voicebots. This is a booming market and we are talking about a $9.4 billions revenue in 2024.
We wonder about the development of the skills of these voicebots. We can even adapt the semantics to the customers. But we are just beginning to wonder how to adapt the voice of these conversational agents to a marketing target, thanks to the bot’s fundamental frequency, its inflections, in order to provoke an optimal attachment to the brand.
